We serve residential and commercial customers across North Texas. Listing a city on this website does not guarantee availability in that city on any specific date. Service availability depends on scheduling, travel distance, job scope, and current bookings. Contact us to confirm availability for your location before relying on service for a specific deadline.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes provided over the phone or via the website's contact form are estimates based on information you provide (room count, square footage, surface type, and general condition). Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins. If the scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting, we will discuss the difference with you before proceeding. You are under no obligation to proceed with service after receiving an on-site assessment.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the results of a job, contact us within a reasonable period after service (typically within 24–48 hours of job completion) and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. If we are unable to achieve satisfactory results after re-cleaning, you will not be charged for that service. The guarantee applies to the specific service performed — it does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or factors outside the scope of cleaning (such as permanent staining or worn surfaces that cannot be restored through cleaning alone).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clean Freak's liability for any claim arising from services performed or this website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
