Who does the actual cleaning?
Cutler Polk, the owner. Every job. Not a subcontractor, not a rotating employee. You know who's coming, and that person is accountable for the results.
How far do you travel?
Our core service area covers Montague, Wise, Cooke, and Clay counties — including Bowie, Nocona, Decatur, Gainesville, Henrietta, and surrounding communities. We make regular trips to Wichita Falls. If you're outside the list, call — we can usually work it out, and we don't charge extra for most destinations within our normal territory.
Are quotes free? How does pricing work?
Yes, quotes are always free. For most interior jobs (carpet, tile, upholstery), we can give a firm quote over the phone based on room count and square footage. For exterior jobs or unusual situations, a quick on-site look may be needed before we give a final number. No obligation after a quote.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry liability insurance on every job, residential and commercial.
What's the satisfaction guarantee?
If you're not satisfied with the results, we come back and re-clean at no charge. If we still can't get it right, you don't pay. No fine print.
What are your hours? Do you work weekends?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Closed Sunday. Same-day availability is possible in Montague and the immediate surrounding area — call to check.
How far out are you typically booked?
It varies by season. Most residential jobs can be scheduled within 2–5 days. Larger commercial jobs benefit from more lead time. Call or text for the current schedule — we'll give you an honest answer.
What payment methods do you accept?
Ask when booking — we accommodate most common payment methods. We'll confirm the options when you schedule.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
For interior services (carpet, tile, upholstery), someone should be home to let us in and walk through the results before we leave. For exterior work (house washing, roof cleaning, pressure washing), you don't need to be present — coordinate access to the property when you book.
Do you handle commercial accounts?
Yes. We do office carpet cleaning, rental turnovers and make-ready work, VCT strip and wax, post-construction cleanup, and scheduled recurring maintenance. Quotes for commercial work are job-specific. See the commercial services section on the homepage or call to discuss.
Do you require a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts and no minimums for one-time residential jobs. Commercial recurring maintenance plans are available for customers who want scheduled service, but they're optional.
