Clean Freak was founded by Cutler Polk and is operated out of Montague, TX. When you book with us, Cutler shows up — not a subcontractor, not a rotating employee. The person who quoted the job is the person who does the job and answers for the results. That accountability is the whole model.

Most cleaning companies scale by adding crews. The tradeoff is consistency — quality depends on whoever shows up that day. We haven't made that trade. Every job gets the same equipment, the same process, and the same attention to detail because the same person is doing it.

We're based in Montague and serve customers across Montague, Wise, Cooke, Clay, and Wichita counties. Our primary service area runs from Bowie and Nocona in Montague County to Decatur and Gainesville in Wise and Cooke counties, and out to Wichita Falls.
