Available add-ons: sealing and grout repair
Grout sealing (penetrating clear sealer or color sealer) and grout repair or regrouting are available as separate add-on services, quoted after the cleaning estimate. Sealing is recommended — sealed grout re-soils significantly more slowly than unsealed grout. Color sealing is an option when grout has changed color and cleaning alone won't fully restore the look — customer chooses the color, and any color sealing we apply comes with a workmanship guarantee: if the application peels or has an installation-related failure, we'll return to fix it.

Final rinse
We rinse the floor and tell you when foot traffic is safe. If sealing was booked as an add-on, we apply it now while the grout is clean and open.
